WEDDING Flowers by Marion

Let’s make your wedding flowers unforgettable – for all the right reasons. Planning wedding flowers can feel confusing — especially when you’re worried about budgets, hidden costs, or feeling pressured into decisions before you’re ready. After 20 years of working on weddings, I know that most couples don’t struggle because they “don’t know enough about flowers” — they struggle because they don’t realise they actually have options.

Marion did the flowers for our wedding at the Tudor Barn in Eltham and did an absolutely superb job. The standing arrangements, bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages / crown (for the flower girl) all looked better than I could have imagined and yet were exactly what I asked for. Marion couldn’t have been friendlier and more helpful when we spoke either, and dropped everything off exactly as promised so there was no stress or worry at any point.

SYMPATHY Flowers by Marion

Saying goodbye is never easy – but flowers can offer comfort and beauty in the most difficult moments. I take time to listen with empathy, creating natural, meaningful arrangements that reflect the person you’re remembering. Every design is fully customised to suit your wishes, with care taken to choose flowers that feel right and work beautifully for the setting. I offer everything from casket sprays, hearts and wreaths to lettered tributes, bespoke shapes and fully sustainable tied sheafs.  I’m also working towards a more eco-conscious approach to funeral flowers, and I warmly welcome enquiries if you’d like to discuss what’s possible.

Marion created the most beautiful and fitting floral tributes for my father-in-law’s funeral. Special shout out to the stunning wheelbarrow arrangement of flowers depicting his years as a landscape gardener. Simply amazing and could not recommend her work and service enough!”

Flowers by Marion Kent

Hello! I’m Marion – a home-based florist in Kent, creating beautiful, seasonal flowers from my garden or (more often than not) my wonderfully chaotic, multi-functional kitchen. Flowers by Marion has been blooming since 2006, and while it’s just me behind the scenes, I put everything into making flowers that feel thoughtful, personal, and full of heart. I specialise in weddings, sympathy tributes, and natural-style event flowers – all made to order using the freshest blooms I can find. I love hunting down unusual flowers, experimenting with colour palettes, and mixing in textured foliage and the odd fragrant herb from the garden.

If you’re planning your wedding, I’d love to hear from you. Whether it’s a phone call, an email, or a face-to-face cuppa, I’m always happy to chat things through. I also believe in being totally upfront when it comes to pricing – you’ll find a clear guide to what things might cost over on the WEDDING page.

Need a few finishing touches? I have a selection of lovely props available to hire – perfect for smaller events or more modest budgets.

Curious how I ended up in floristry in the first place? You can find out more about me (and the journey so far) on the About Me page.
